Discord Social SDK for PlayStation™
Introduction
To obtain console binaries for the Discord Social SDK, you'll need proper credentials and must complete our console middleware request process. Start by requesting the Discord Social SDK middleware through your console's developer portal.
⚠️ The Discord Social SDK is fully licensed middleware for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, we are limiting access to select partners at this time. Please submit a request through the appropriate directory and Discord will follow up with further information as soon as it's more widely available.
Discord Social SDK for PlayStation™
Step 1. Sign into your PlayStation™ Partners account.
Step 2. Select ‘Discord Social SDK’ from the Tools & Middleware directory to confirm developer status.
After completing the request, proceed to the "What Next?" section below.
Discord Social SDK for Xbox
Step 1. Sign into your Xbox Game Dev Portal account.
Step 2. Select ‘Discord Social SDK’ from the Middleware Partner dropdown here
Step 3. Click 'Submit Request'.

What Next?
After the applicable console platform contacts us about your request, we may contact you at the email address associated with your console developer portal account with a form link to gather more information from you.
We may share this information with the console platform. Please note that you are not required to share confidential information about your game--providing temporary names, franchise names, or codenames will suffice where titles are requested.
Once your form submission has been reviewed, if approved, we'll set up your application with the appropriate permissions to access the console binaries and notify you directly.
