trying to access iplateau.ca community

i login to iplateau.ca community and authorize the app through discord.  It says i will be redirected to iplateau.ca but then it doesn't redirect, it goes back to the login page on my phone.

when i do the same thing on my laptop, it just keeps bringing me back to the same authorize page and i click authorize but nothing happens.

Is the community not working?  its been over 24 hours and i can't get in.
